Bram Levinson is an internationally acclaimed author (The Examined Life, A Year In The Light: Daily Spiritual Life Hacks, Intentions & Reminders), seasoned yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher, podcaster, blogger and mentor.

With complementary studies in Internal Family Systems (IFS),  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hinduism, yoga philosophy and spirituality, Bram offers individual, group and executive wellness coaching, as well as private classes, workshops and yoga vacations. He has been on the faculties of multiple conferences, festivals and teacher trainings, and travels throughout the year to bring his teachings to students and teachers around the world.

Coaching

The coaching program is designed to guide students through career and life experiences that range from mildly challenging to seemingly insurmountable. Bram will meet with clients to discuss whatever issues or obstacles are present, and will offer whatever insight possible, drawing on Bram’s studies in mindfulness, business, psychology, as well as his own life experiences.

Classes

Active vinyasa-based class focusing on alignment, breath awareness and relaxation, all with hands-on adjustments. Strong emphasis on personal development and philosophy, while developing strength and flexibility in equal measures.Yoga Nidra guided meditation – group classes and individual Dyad sessions available.

Corporate

Bram is proud to present this specially designed program catered to corporate environments, the In-Office Corporate Meditation program is now available to businesses in and around Montreal. Offered in 10-week sessions, these classes will introduce participants to easy-to-follow guided meditation practices.
